I wrap my target in plastic wrap and tape and then use the foam. (poke a couple small holes in the tape) The plastic/tape compresses the foam a bit so it lasts longer.(it doesn't last for a whole season tho')

I just re-did my hog target and where ever the expanding foam came out of the plastic wrap there are blobs.... it looks like my hog has tumors.
