Default RE: LONE WOLF ALPHA SIT AND CLIMB QUESTION

How long are you guys hikes in.....where this is of so much importance to you?...the weight (3lb) advantage and the "packability")?
If you ever hunt public ground where you may have 45 minute to one hour+walks regularlyinto your stand in below freezing temps- even down into single digits at times the weight, packability and stealthy setup are all critical to your "success".

Between the gear you have to wear / pack in to stay warm in those temps along withyour bow and stand you are packing in some serious weight. In those temps sweat is enemy number one, not just for scent control but to stay warm for your sit. If you sweat it up when it is cold out, you are in for a miserable hunt.
