Default RE: Bowhunting near a neighborhood?

It's probably a powerline. I haven't seen any gas lines in the area.

I've been digging through my state Hunting Rules and Regs and can't find anything about being in proximity to a residence. The closest they come is:

No person shall discharge any firearm,
bow and arrow, crossbow or other
similar device, upon, over or across any
public roadway. Hunting is prohibited
in highway or interstate medians and
rights of way.
No person shall take or attempt to take
wildlife from an automobile, or other
vehicle, except as prescribed by regulation.
Hunting from boats is permitted
for small game.

Maybe it is worth a call to the local Dept of Fish and Wildlife to be safe. If it is, I think I'm going for it. Thanks for the opinions. Most appreciated.
