I'm not being sarcastic when I tell you the best way to fix this camera is to take it back to the place you purchased it and get a full refund with an apology. These units have so many issues that the number one site on the net for rating trailcams, www.chasingame.com, completely gave up on their trial of the unit, saying that it had literally "given up the ghost" Sorry! [&o]
