ORIGINAL: Dozen Arrows
Well, from what I have witnessed out of a 110 w/o the accutrigger is that they are incredibly accurate but not very well built. If I am not mistaken, the 111 is basically a 110 w/accutrigger?
They are affordable though and exceptional accuracy for the once a year hunter and less than fortunate worker or non-worker for that matter these days..
Spoken like someone who doesn't have an ounce of experience with the said rifle. I have put more than 800 rounds down the tube of my Savage 12 FV in .308, and I have yet to encounter any problems. The Savage rifles of 20 years ago seem to have tarnished the reputation of their more recent products. Get over yourself, snob. I don't think shooting a Remington makes you anymore sophisticated than than the gentlemen who chooses to shoot a Savage.
