Drgildy' s right. There' s no need to put up with that kind of behavior out of him. B/c the dog just started acting that way after you took him out with your father something could have happened to him then...ie..bit by something. You should take him and get him checked out. If he checks out okay but continues the behavior I' d do away with him.
