With the new longbow I'm shooting well at 20. Well enough to feel comfortable with taking a shot at a deer. I'll try to set up for a 15 yd shot but won't pass a 20. With the recurve 15 will be my max. Its funny, I've been shooting the recurve for 2 years and the longbow for less than a week and yet I'm shooting the longbow much better and with a lot more confidence.
