If you are talking about the red dot sights made by Aimpoint they are REALLY good, first string sights, probably the best red dot sight. You will pay for the quality, though, and it is worth it. They are made in either Sweeden or Finland I don' t remember which. If you want a red dot sight I would get the Aimpont. I would not even consider a trasco (tasco) or a BSA, they probably won' t survive the recoil, or the vibration if you plan on useing a semi-auto.
You might also consider getting a low power scope around 1.5-2.5 max magnification. I would get the regular crosswires and stay away from the so-called turkey scopes them things are ridiculous. Make sure you get a good scope, a shootgun will trash a poor quality scope in a hurry.
