You're leaning back a bit too much. Relax that grip. I can't tell whether you're really "palming" the grip or not, but your fingers should be relaxed (not sticking straight out). Your bow arm almost looks a bit hyperextended, but it could be the clothes. Not sure if it's the angle, but you also seem to be bringing your head down and in towards the string instead of keeping your head straight and level. Those are just some things I noticed, but just a note, I'm not an "experienced" archer, although I've had some very knowledgable archers critique me. Nice shots on the deer, though...they're all pretty dead deer with those shots.
