I either go down to the feed mill and pick up a couple, picksome upwhen I am out on some guy's farm or even pick them up along the road in farm country. They don't reuse them any more because of concerns about spreading disease. Most farms have piles of them laying around. They are made of the same material that those blue plastictarps are made of.
