I think that it is wise to profess and put out the perfect rules for safety that will not result in injury if followed religiously.. there are some folks that are going to have absolutely no idea what could result in a deadly accident... I know alot of folks will do otherwise on some of the rules... It is possible I may choose to do so, but if I was going to tell a rank newbie what the safety protocol is....
