Kinda O/T here, but I came across an older model Weaver K-3, post reticule I put on a Ruger 44 mag carbine I bought recently. In looking for info on the scope, I learned they also sold a "K-1" model. Since the K-3 is 3x, I assume [look out] the K-1 is 1x or no magnification and would be legal in Al??? something to check out, maybe.
