I patched a friend's Doghouse blind one time with black tape that I got at a place that sells the black plasticdrainage tile. It is used to join sections of the drainage tile. It reminds me of electrical tape except it's wider (about 2")and much stickier. I put a piece on the outside and a matching piece on the inside of the blind and it has held up for several years now.
