I started with a pile of wood.
With a little imagination you get a bow from it.
This would be the trilam, reflex/deflex bow I was working on before I went out of town. 1" reflex and 1/2" deflex. Behind it is a ipe, boo, cocabola bow im getting ready to start tillering. The trilam is; maple backing, cherry core, and a hickory belly lam. I did this bow with multiple glue ups. Glued the back and core, then the belly. After that, the tips, handle, and back plate. She is just about rough sanded, fine tillered, and shooting well. 54lbs at 29". 68" ntn.
