If that's the way the wind always blows, I would avoid all 3 of those trees. Site 1 will blow your scent directly over trail #3, trail #2 and any possible staging areas. Site 2 will blow your scent directly over the entire food plot. Site 3 would blow your scent over trail #1 and any possible staging areas. If the slope is steep enough, your scent might just blow over the trails, but that's taking quite a risk in my opinion.
Ideally, you could find a tree along trail #1 or trail #2 and setup on the downwind side of the trail. You don't need to shoot the deer in the foodplot. You just need to catch him on the way in.
If there aren't any trees on those trails, you might want to think about a ground blind on the down wind side of trail #1 or #3. Near where the trail enters the food plot would give you alot of shot opportunities no matter which trail the deer enters on.
