I totally agree, people seem to have forgotten that we are all in this together regardless of what nameis on your limbs. I wonder if Pete Shepley kicked guys out of camp and bashed them for shooting a High Country instead of a PSE. Too many egos and inferiority complexes these days IMO and the real shame is that we are BLESSED today with the amount of top notch bows we have available to us but instead of coming together and enjoying it all they want to do is fight because they think it somehow makes them cooler I guess.
At any rate, I just wanted to say my peace because I didn't want anyone thinking I was just some Mathews fanboy out to start trouble.
This isn't how you have come across in any of your posts. Have you done anything to confirm any of this other than jerk posts from various message boards and post them? Why are you not the one that grabbed the two page thread on AT that lists a large number of shooters that have not had any trouble? Why have you not rang in on that one?
Have you confirmed with Bowtech that their policy on this matter is that a recall is just too expensive so they aren't going to worry about the situation? You jerked a post off of a message board from someone you don't know when all you have to do is send an email or make a phone call to the company. If they really told this to a consumer why would you be any different?
When showing genuine concern for the greater good of all one should present both sides to the story and confirm facts.
