I enjoy my job and as part owner of a software company, my hard work and long hours really help my wallet at the end of the year. I work 50-60 hours a week most of the year. Fortunately, my boss understands my passion and knows from mid October to mid November, he has a better chance to get me on my blackberry than anywhere else. I work out of the house and my customers don't really care where I am, as long as I answer their questions.

I can email at any time and now have instant messaging setup so I can be even more flexible.
