Center section, see were T is cut out so you can lift up and put roll of freezer paper on. Also the spring loaded bolts with wing nuts for tension and to keep from over tightening the PVC pipe.
Same with the top.
I have basically the same setup
except for the spring loaded bolts and wingnuts for providing tension.
That is genius! I have been using tape and it works but is a PITA. Thank you!
