Am wonderin' what in the world couldn't be killed at near point blankgawkin' through anM8-6X withboth eyes wide open.

Like a lot of folks, I went through the see-through mount phase.With some guns I had to raise my cheek from the stock to use the things. Now I mount the scope on a good set of rings as close to the receiver as possible. My scopes are mostly four and six power and that is all that is needed. Have never had a problem getting on closerange deer and hogs with a scope.
The M8-6X is now the FXIII 6x42 and I have several. It is a super good scope.
