If they know about a real problem with limbs like this and they aren't going to do anything about it then they are setting themselves up for a major law suit and a huge loss of trust from customers they lost.

However, with that said........ Problems like this seem to also get huge publicity on the internet. Wether it is bows, cars, tires, rifles, treestands, or what ever. With the thousands and thousands of people on the net andonlya fewmajor bowhunting forums, when something like this happens it creates a huge tidal wave of "sue so and so", "I would drop so and so", etc... etc... because it gets seen over and over.Many times things like this get blown way out of proportion on the net.
