I think that a lighted nock is almost a must have. I have tried lumenocks and they were very inconsistant. There are many others out there to choose from. I switched over to Tracer Nocks by Easton. Here is a link to the site - http://www.eastonarchery.com/products/tracer

I recommend that you do your research and choose the style that you like best. Remeber, even if some brands cost more than lumenocks, it is still cheaper than having to replace a product that doesn't work for you.
