If you didn't want to take it then it was a good move! On the other hand if you done it because someone else told you that is what you should do then it was the wrong choice. I have never or will I ever tell someone how they should hunt even if I disagree as long as it is within the law. You bought the tag use it how everyou wish. Hunt for yourself not for someone else.
