Thats got my thinking that there may be no deer in the 35 acres that i hunt, its all brush except for trees by the creek and the gasline.
That creek that you speak of could very well be your best bet in finding sign. Look to see if they are crossing/following it, or drinking from it,since you say it has the only trees as coverin the area. As stated, a trail cam would be a great idea if you can leave one without it being stolen.[:@]
