Work unfortunately. When your income is based solely on your performance, and you are in direct control of that income.......it's a lot more motivating to get it done. 2ndthe work over hunting. Slow times finds us putting in 50 - 60hrs/week.Springs work and row crop cutivatingfindsme at 100 hrs/week. Harvestis 100 plus with 128 hrs beingmy record. Iwould have broke 135 hrs last fallbut it rained the last day and he made me go home early. [:@] I was too tired to argue .

Not unusualto go3 weeks to amonth straight before getting a day off during the busy times on the farm. You hope for rain on the weekend to get a day off. If it rains during the week... you work. [:'(]
