Typically bows perform best near or at the peak poundage. Really depends what poundage is best for you! Figure out what is most comfortable and accurate and you can make almost any arrow fly, with some work.

The tests I use is either bare shaft or paper testing. I preffer the bare shaft method. Hopefully, this helps. Any good archery shop should be able to assist you in tunning it propperly. But after you get you field tips flying well, you should broadhead tune as well. If you do not have any good shops in the area or someone to help, send me a PM and I'll try to help you out.
