i think you would be fine out to 600 for shooting coyotes another question.
i know .223s are set for 600 moa. they must be for the military.
You could always buy a .223 and add a 7.62 barrel then you have both.
Funny thing is i bought myself a ar when i turned 18 lol.
there fun to shoot even if you do not yote hunt with it there great for deer.
buy it shoot it just do not expect there to be a pelt left
