FWIW they can do whatever. You have the rite to chalenge it. It will cost you. The whole thing can be thrown out in court. Sucks!

Regs are weird. Ya got to read the whole thing. Ohio is like that and as an added sticker they put in there something like "This publictions doesn't cover all the regulations, contact ... for the complete rules" Even then I don't think they would make any more sense.

Several places in our regs it talks about shooting a buck here, there, this season, that season... Bottom line, you can only shoot one period. You wont know that unless you read the whole thing. They have improved the wording over the years. Our bag limits are similarly worded.

If they say the same thing again, they're not keeping you from reaching your limit, your not adding things up right.
