Since a couple means "two", I'll address the first two questions
:
1. Buck tracks will have two dimples behind the hoof track. The "dimples" are the dew claws.
Both buck and doe have dew claws. Abuck tends toweigh more than a doe, so it is usually thought that when you see dew claws it's from a buck. A heavy doe will show dew claw marks in her track as well.
