The map showing where CWD is was very helpful,thanks to the poster. It got me thinking what is different in the central states where it is and say the Eastern states where it isn' t ( at least yet anyway)? I figure the virus ( or bacteria) needs to start somewhere perhaps a water supply and then through the herd. Where I' m heading with this question is if we could find the source and treat it then we might get rid of it. Looks to me we are treating the problem( wich does need to be addressed) not looking for a long term solution.
