In reality Ryan I wouldn't myself want to educate the doe's in the area as well with an iffy wind but I understand its worked for you in the pass. It seems with me anyway that the more doe's I educate through the season the worse my hunting all together is (buck hunting as well).

I'm not knocking your hunting at all Ryan, we just go about it in different ways and there's nothing wrong with that. Your ways have worked well for you.
The absolute mantra of don't hunt if the wind isn't 100% perfect, is something I doubt I'll ever buy into completely. I would never hunt. My winds swirl more often than not, and deer can come from almost any direction. Given those 2 facts, I almost NEVER have a perfect wind. That's just the way it is. I do my best, but at some point I have to take a chance, even if its a small one.
