I actually do qualify as a dumbass on this thread because when I responded earlier I stated I brought my top pin to the target and since I only have 1 pin(adjustable sight) none of this really applied to me. I have always thought it important to know where your pins hit at different ranges though, like mine, I hunt with it set at 20 yards but have had to shoot deer closer and farther without being able to adjust.

On a side note at 2 yards I would probably recommend using a throwing knife to prevent pin confusion.
