I have a feeling some are overtightening the pivot arm allen screws. From what I understand, theydo move and should just a tad.That was the first thing I was warned about when I got a commander was do not mess with them. Just make sure they are not loose. Do not tighten them. And I have seen a bunch of bows where younguns have cranked them down to where it was smashing the plastic spacer.

I bet this is part of the issue.
