I had one of my rage blades open in flight while target shooting. Upon investigating why it happened, I noticed the o ring on it had worn. I checked out the other two and seen the same on one more. I change the o rings on all of them and haven't had a problem since. I also change the o ring prior to stepping out in the woods to hunt for the season.
