agree 100% that since they want an October doe kill you should be given an opportunity to take a doe in archery anywhere in the state. I still wouldnt want a resident to be bump out a resident for his first doe tag. Thats not an issue that should pit residents against non residents. We residents should point out that an archery doe tag for NR's could enhance their goals without penalizing residents. How would you feel about the "earn a buck" ideas that have been tossed around here?
