Rob, do the main blades on those heads cut at the full-open width? Or do they only really come into action after fully deployed? (the laid back position, if you will)?

Just curious. I have absolutely no experience with mechanicals, but it looks to me like while they are opening they would not yet be cutting. I may be wrong.
