Default RE: Mechanicals heads?

1 1/8" fixed blade headsleave really poor blood trails...

(This was what the trail looked like all the way to the deer...)

Washington State game regulations do not allow the use of mechanical broadheads, so I have absolutely zero personal experience with them. I have no problem with someone shooting a mechanical broadhead out of a well tuned bow - if what they're looking for is a larger cutting diameter. However, what I do have a problem with is someone using a mechanical broadhead to compensate for piss poor tuning. With the broadheads available on the market today, there is no excuse for poor fixed blade broadhead flight. Laziness should not be your excuse for using a mechanical broadhead.
