Default RE: Mechanicals heads?

Ok for ease of figuring we will say you are using a 1.5" 2 blade broadhead.

I am using a 1 1/8" 4 blade head. If you make a (quote) marginal hit then you have 5/16" reach on me from center of the arrow shaft. You think that's a make or break advantage?

I am cutting with 4 blades, but yet you feel you are getting more damage?

I can relate to what you are saying about theslits being 2.5" to 3" I swear some of the holes I've knocked through animals with these little 4 blade 1 1/8" heads are quite a bit bigger than 1 1/8" and they do that locked in place.

I imagine cuts like that are due more to hide and meat stretching as it cuts and popping open, but then what do I know I'm just a Bowhunter

You talk about some holes!! Biggest holes I ever made were by a Rocket Mini Blaster 4L. 4 Blades 1 3/4" cut!! Those were some holes, but they were pretty much a one shot head. This year I'm uppin to the Grizz Trick. That's 4 blades 1 1/4" cut.

I expect a pretty nice hole

Dan
I know, we'll compare holes in our Pronghorn over a few cold ones.

Oh, and Pronghorn don't break their horns do they? [8D]
