The myth of feathers being affected by rain doesn't hold water to me.
For real? I mean, I'm not doubting you, but, I was just thinking, WOW! I've always heard the opposite. A wet feathered arrow is darn near useless. Hmmmm....
I have never used any type of water proofing on my feathers and have hunted in many wet situations without any issues. The only time I could see a problem is maybe soaking them under water for an extended period. I am not sure if the different brand feathers have different characteristics but I use the gateway 3" para's....
