I pressure cook the pieces until falling off the bone. Then I pick the meat from the bones.
Then I put a little oil ina skillet and add the meat. Brown a little and then add a mixture of flour and milk. Keep adjusting until the gravy has the right consistency. Cook until flour taste is gone. Add salt/pepper to taste. Serve over toast or biscuits.
You can also add veggies to the gravy and make a delicious pot-pie.
