Buckmagnet,That is a good idea about having a jr. license for free and paying for all other tags.Our fishing license here in Pa is based on that.You don't need a license untill you are 16yrs old.There are alot of young kids today who do not have two parents
some with only their mother who does not hunt and is finding it hard to make ends meet.I would hate to see a 12yr.old not be able to hunt only because he couldn't afford a jr. hunting license.I would be willing to pay more for my adult license and my son is not a jr. anymore.Maybe letting a jr.hunter shoot a doe in oct. or using a buck tag to shoot a doe is not enough you have to get them out there first.
