Extreme FOC arrows
I just got done reading Dr Ashby's "Arrow Lethality Study Update 2005 Part II". This study is about the effect of extreme FOC (>19%) on arrow penetration. He found that, for two arrows with identical weight and the same stylebroadhead, the arrows with extreme FOC penetrated better than normal FOC arrows.

"The extreme FOC arrows averaged 62% more penetration than the normal FOC arrows."

Extreme FOC arrows are supposedto be alot more stable in flight, according to what I've read. I'm thinking of using a stiff spine light carbon arrow cut at 28"and usinga 220grainMuzzyPhantomjust to see how it flies. Here's my thinking:CX 400s with Blazers cut to 28"220 Grain Muzzy Phantom504 grain total weight moving at 265 fps (79 ft-lbs KE)21% FOC.This will get me good speed, proper spine, and 21% FOC. My current arrows get me similar weight and speed but are only about 10% FOC. What do you think? What kind of arrow flight could I expect?
