Me I guess...I just always loved them when I was a little kid. I thought they where cool and my uncle John shot one & so I thought they where really cool! Once I learned a bit more about them then it woud have been Fred Bear, he was the one. I read his books (the archers bible is still a great read!) and then I would have to say the guys at Bowhunter Magazine, back in the early 80' s I started reading Bowhunter & then I just got totally into it.
