I agree about the training and I'm as we speak trying to save enough to go to Thunder Ranch and get some of that training.
Very wise choice! I attended TR for a week when they were located in TX. Outstanding facility and equally outstanding people. Be on your toees, listen and be over prepared. Money well spent. I do plan on attending again.
