I've never watched the show, but to answer your questions. Crossbows have been legal (for all hunters)in Ohio's archery season for something like 33 years. And yes, it is legal to hunt deer over bait in Ohio.
Is it legal to record, edit, and produce a horrible episode to a horrible show in Ohio?[8D]
