Love the fawn pics. But unless you have alot of pressure i think i would let him go.
The bad thing is its gonna be awhile before you get a shot unless he changes his patterns before the rut. those pics are in the dead of night. still great pics though.
I hear ya. Knowing what lives on that farm also helps me in passing up deer that are borderline. Every year they seem to get bigger. The reason I contemplate taking him is that there is quite a bit of pressure around the farm from crazy stupid slug hunters who do the whole rodeo/tresspass scene. We do have a guy that hunts there during that season that will only take a trophy, so that helps to keep the jerks off the farm.
Hopefully he will be smart and go hide somewhere.
