I have actually had to repaint new spots on layered targets in new places because i was getting pass througs from being shot out.

As far as the pass throughs, I talked to the rep at a Rinehart shoot last year, and he said that they count a pass through as anything that goes up to the fletching, not even all the way through. Block would have to replace their targets within 2 weeks if this were the criteria.
