I'm not so sure about suing a 3-71. At 27" the 3-60 should do very well. On the other hand, the 3/49 might fly OK as is, but will give you the option of dropping some bow weight if and when you think it necessary, and still be within a reasonable spine range.
Don't forget, limb bolts are on a bow for a reason and it's not just to hold the bow together. They can be a very unused and very useful tuning tool.
