I haven't travelled for a whitetail hunt yet, but I may someday. It would be really neat and exciting for me to
1. see deer in totally unfamiliar terrain to me
2. have a realistic possibility of seeing and/or taking a 170" or larger deer

What I have travelled to hunt I have done for 3 main reasons
1. I can't hunt them at home
2. I want to hunt them, see them, chase them
3. I want to spend that time with my dad (top reason really)

I absolutely love experiencing different lands, terrains, fauna, etc. It really fills a part of me that nothing else can.
