Hunting: "Hard woods" got their name because they'reHARD to hunt. (nothing wrong with that, I spend alot of my time in SE OH)
Farms/crops= big deer and easier hunting
Suburban/Township areas -Bowhunters equivalent to the "golden ticket". Many of these areas are full of ultra-snobby, rich folks who do not hunt, or allow hunting on their property. Properties are often small (5-10 acres), but if you're lucky enough to land one, you're golden! It's only a matter of time.
