It would be nice, but unfair.

Deer in south tend to be smaller, so someone could shoot an older doe in NC than a hunter in Wis. The Wis doe is bigger, this would diminish the southern does trophy status

Hunting old mature fat does is all about location

The only way it can be fair is have a HNDCAP system like in golf.

Southern deer will get + % weight added
Midwest deer have zero weight added
Canadian deer must subtract % of weight
